Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on items, the addition of items, and delivery options.

Shipment processing: time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If an item is deemed faulty all shipping costs incurred are at the buyers' expense. please include a copy of the receipt with your return.

We aim to process all returns within 2-4 business days of receiving your items.
